MISSION STATEMENT

To promote and improve Taekwondo nationwide in regards to its cultural, educational, humanitarian, and sport value.
To increase interest and participation in Taekwondo as both a martial art and sport throughout the nation.
To organize annual Taekwondo Championships at state/national levels.
To develop and expand Taekwondo within the United States by hosting a variety of events, programs, and seminars.
To provide equitable support for Taekwondo athletes without discrimination on the basis of age, gender, race, religion or sexual orientation.
To encourage physical fitness and improve the quality of competitive and non-competitive Taekwondo practices.
To support education and management programs for members developing Taekwondo businesses.

Welcome to the Federal Taekwondo Association!

The Federal Taekwondo Association (FTA) was established by Taekwondo Masters who are passionate about developing and promoting Taekwondo through training and community outreach.

FTA members are dedicated to sharing the art of Taekwondo and teaching the importance of self-defense, self-discipline, and respect, along with mental and physical balance in life.

FTA welcomes everyone interested in spreading the spirit of Taekwondo.
